BDS Birm 2013, PGCert Med.Ed, PGCert Mentoring & Coaching
Hi, I am Ahmad, I was brought up and raised in and around the local area – from my old sixth form down the road to graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2013. I have briefly stepped out of the West Midlands, even a short jaunt in the United States but I always find myself drawn back to my roots!
As a general dentist, I find immense joy in guiding and supporting patients on their journey to optimal dental health. I am a strong believer in great communication and take great care to explain the processes behind what causes dental problems and how we can help fix them, but also ultimately prevent them from recurring. When it comes to treatment I endeavour to provide the most gentle and caring approach to ensure my patients have the most comfortable experience possible!
I hold post-graduate degrees in medical education as well as mentoring; I find great satisfaction in helping colleagues be the best versions of themselves and I currently chair the West Midlands Association of Dentists.
Outside of work I enjoy motorsport, travelling and playing football. Once upon a time I could often be found buried inside a book although I must admit these days I find myself listening to audiobooks more – two young children under two certainly keeps me busy enough!
