Crooked teeth can have a major impact on your general appearance and self-confidence along with making it difficult to eat certain foods and more difficult to keep your teeth clean and healthy.
Through our work, we have discovered crooked teeth can have a real impact on an individual’s self-confidence both in social and professional environments.
Crooked teeth are also more difficult to clean which can discolour more quickly and increase the risk of developing gum disease, which can lead to the premature loss of teeth.
Conventional braces are fixed to your teeth and are still regarded as the gold standard for delicate and precise tooth movements. Sunny Khambay performs all of our traditional brace treatment. Clear Correct is the main alternative to having conventional braces. This is an easy process of wearing a series of clear bespoke plastic trays (aligners) which are simply changed weekly to straighten your teeth. As the aligners are clear they are very discreet and no one will even know you’re wearing them. They are also removable which allows you to eat what you want and clean your teeth normally throughout the process.
Veneers and Crowns are the final option. Depending on the starting positions of your teeth this option may or may not be possible. Your teeth would need to be prepared (drilled) to have a veneer or crown fitted.
Every case is different and you will be provided with a comprehensive bespoke quote once you have been fully assessed at your consultation appointment. Most cases cost around £3500 in total for your upper and lower teeth.
