We sincerely hope you and your families remain safe and well during this on-going lockdown and hope that you are near to receiving your vaccine if you haven’t already.
We are pleased to report, that with our dedication and commitment to your oral health and well-being, we will have managed to remain open during these challenging times, and would continue to encourage you to keep your appointments to prevent any further deterioration to your oral health.
The health and safety of our patients and staff members is of paramount importance to us and we would not remain open unless we were 100% confident in the safety of our processes and procedures, which we have successfully ran since June 2020.
A new year brings on the opportunity for change and we are very excited about the changes we have planned for this year which will further improve our service and patient experience of being a member of the Practice, as well as helping to better support our local community.
Believe it or not, my wife and I, have now been leading and managing the Practice for the last 9 years. In this time we have worked tirelessly to improve the service and build a fabulous team of dentists, consultants, therapists and support staff who are fully committed and dedicated to providing you, our members, with the respect and results you deserve.
My wife and I, truly believe good oral health is a key component to a happy and healthy life, and we are passionate about inspiring you to achieve and maintain the highest levels of oral health possible.
This is the main reason why we wanted to own and run a Dental Practice. With this cause at the forefront of everything we do, it gives us as a team the focus, dedication and commitment needed to achieve this.
With this in mind we now want to move into the next big phase of the Practice – to rebrand the Practice. This will come into effect on 1st April 2021. Rebranding gives us an opportunity to further modernise the Practice allowing us to further improve and enhance your experience and journey with us. It also helps us drive our cause forwards, whilst allowing us to really put our own mark on it. In an ever changing world, it keeps the Practice current, visible and at the forefront of Dentistry.
Our new name will be the “Sutton Dental & Implant Clinic”
Rest assured, other than our name, nothing else will be changing! We remain a family-run, private practice committed to improving the health and well-being of as many patients as we can, with my wife and I, as the sole owners of the Practice. We will continue to provide and further develop, the full range of dental services for all ages, and committed and focused on maintaining and improving your oral health.
As you did previously, if you need an appointment, we would like to welcome you to please call us and we will book you in! Please bear in mind though that we are still operating on an appointment only basis. This is to ensure we can ‘screen’ all patients before they come to the Practice for the safety of our other patients and team members.
Attached to this newsletter is the video again of our ‘new patient journey’. This will help you to understand what to do when you attend for your next appointment with us. We are continually working on this to make your visits with us as ‘contactless’ as possible.
